摘 要:农村籍大学生与乡村有天然的联系,是“乡村振兴战略”人力资本的重要源泉。当前返乡就业的大学生数量少,且青睐于大学生村官等“体制内”的岗位。“乡村振兴”所急需的创新创业、现代农业生产经营及农村中小企业经营管理等各类“体制外”部门的人才严重匮乏。基于社会认知职业理论与职业声望理论,构建农村籍大学生返乡“体制外”参与乡村振兴意愿的内在机制模型,提出11个研究假设,运用结构方程模型方法进行实证检验。结果表明,“内隐职业偏见”和“就业结果预期”共同决定农村籍大学生返乡“体制外”参与乡村振兴的意愿,政策引导、社会支持、学校倡导以及家庭态度等外在因素通过“内隐职业偏见”和“就业结果预期”显著影响农村籍大学生返乡“体制外”参与乡村振兴的意愿。通过政策引导、社会支持、学校倡导和家庭认可来改变农村籍大学生的“内隐职业偏见”,调整其“就业结果预期”,可以促进农村籍大学生返乡“体制外”参与乡村振兴。Rural college students have a natural connection with rural areas and are an important source of human capital for the rural revitalization strategy.Currently,the number of college students returning to their hometowns for employment is low,and they favor positions“within the system,”such as college student village officials.However,there is a severe shortage of talents in various“outside the system”sectors urgently needed for rural revitalization,such as innovation and entrepreneurship,modern agricultural production and operation,and rural small and medium-sized enterprise management.Based on social cognitive career theory and occupational reputation theory,this study constructs an internal mechanism model of rural college students’willingness to participate in rural revitalization“outside the system”when returning home.It proposes 11 research hypotheses and conducts empirical testing using the structural equation modeling method.The results indicate that“implicit occupational bias”and“expected employment outcomes”jointly determine rural college students’willingness to participate in rural revitalization“outside the system”when returning home.External factors such as policy guidance,social support,school advocacy,and family attitudes significantly influence rural college students’willingness through“implicit occupational bias”and“expected employment outcomes”.By providing policy guidance,social support,school advocacy,and family recognition,it is possible to change the rural college students’“implicit occupational bias”and adjust their“expected employment outcomes,”thereby promoting their participation in rural revitalization outside the system when returning home.
