摘  要:根管治疗是牙髓及根尖周疾病的主要治疗手段,为了增进根管清理和成形的效果,不同材质和设计的根管预备器械不断涌现,其中机用镍钛预备器械极大提高了根管预备效率。然而,随着根管系统解剖复杂性、根管治疗目的和预后的认识的深入,临床实践对机用镍钛预备器械提出了新需求,这些基于临床导向的需求为器械改革创新提供了动力。目前镍钛预备系统不断推陈出新,新型机用镍钛预备系统的改良及优势何在,其如何提高根管预备效率,本文拟对这类问题进行系统阐述。Root canal therapy is the primary treatment method for pulpal and periapical diseases.Various advanced endodontic instruments for mechanical preparation have been marketed.The emergence of nickel-titanium rotary instruments has greatly improved the efficiency of root canal preparation.New demands have been put forward for nickel-titanium rotary instruments as a result of the deepening of clinicians’awareness of root canal anatomy system as well as the purpose and prognosis of root canal treatment.These clinical-oriented demands accelerate instrument reform and innovation.This work presents new marketed nickel-titanium systems and discusses the advantages and limitations of these systems and how they perform in terms of the efficiency and outcome of root canal preparation.
