摘　　要：GLI1基因改变的间叶性肿瘤是一种较为罕见的间叶性肿瘤,好发于头颈部,为世界卫生组织头颈部肿瘤分类(第5版)中新增的肿瘤类型。本文报道1例发生于左舌部的GLI1基因改变的间叶性肿瘤,并对相关文献进行回顾复习。GLI1-altered mesenchymal tumors are a relatively rare type of mesenchymal tumor that is common in the head and neck.It is a newly added tumor type in the World Health Organization Tumor Classification of Head and Neck(5th edition).This article reports a case ofGLI1-alteredmesenchymal tumor occurring at the left tongue and reviews the relevant literature to summarize the pathological morphological characteristics,immunophenotype,molecular changes,clinical manifestations,and prognosis of the disease.
