摘　　要：钙连蛋白作为内质网膜上重要的类凝集素分子伴侣,具有参与蛋白质正确的折叠和装配、调节内质网Ca^(2+)稳态和Ca^(2+)介导的信号转导过程、缓解内质网应激等作用。近年来,越来越多的研究表明,钙连蛋白在真核生物中发挥着重要的作用。As an important lectin molecular chaperone on the endoplasmic reticulum,calnexinis involved in the correct folding and assembly of proteins,regulating endoplasmic reticulum Ca2+homeostasis and Ca2+-mediated signal transduction,and relieving endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS)effect.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that calnexinplays an important role in many diseases.
