摘  要:为研究内、外置式耐压液舱结构的力学特性,采用有限元方法分别对内、外置式耐压液舱结构进行计算,并对计算结果给出合理解释。结果表明,在空舱工况、结构尺度及板厚等基本相同的情况下,耐压液舱内置于耐压船体对舱段的应力状况有利,但耐压液舱内置会出现明显的应力集中状况,进而导致极限承载能力的下降;内置式液舱由于实肋板板宽及开口较大,导致其实肋板稳定性要远低于外置式耐压液舱;与此同时,耐压液舱内置带来的施工难度增加及艇内空间上的限制也应该充分考虑。In order to study the mechanical characteristics of the internal and external pressure tank,the finite element method is used to calculate the internal and external pressure tank structures respectively,and a reasonable explanation is given.The results show that under the condition of empty tank condition,structural size and plate thickness are basically the same,the pressure tank inside the pressure hull is beneficial to the stress condition of the cabin,but the pressure tank inside will cause obvious stress concentration,which will lead to the decrease of the ultimate bearing capacity.The stability of the internal pressure tank is much lower than that of the external pressure tank because of the wide and large opening of the solid floor.At the same time,the construction difficulty caused by the internalization of the pressure tank and the space limitation in the submarine should also be fully considered.
