基于CiteSpace的企业国际化绩效述评与展望

摘　　要：自加入世贸组织以来,我国企业积极开展跨国经营行为,绩效作为衡量企业国际化经营成果的标准之一,在全球市场与价值链的深入融合中演化的更加复杂,为应对风险与挑战,需进一步明晰企业国际化绩效研究脉络及趋势。在中国知网中检索近二十年来的404篇相关文献,利用CiteSpace软件绘制发文量、发文作者、合作机构、关键词共现、关键词聚类和关键词突现的知识图谱并进行可视化分析。研究结果表明,我国企业国际化绩效研究经历了探索发展期、波动发展期和成熟发展期;研究聚焦于企业国际化绩效维度、影响因素和中小企业绩效等方面;未来将进一步关注创新绩效与研发投入等方面的发展。同时可以进一步多元化绩效研究维度,寻求与国际视角接轨并借助新的研究方法拓展企业国际化绩效研究领域。Since China's entry into the WTO,Chinese enterprises have actively engaged in cross-border business activities.Performance,as one of the standards for measuring the results of international business operations,has become more complex with the deep integration of global markets and value chain.To address risks and challenges,it is necessary to further clarify the research context and trends of enterprise internationalization performance.This study retrieved 404 relevant documents in the past two decades in CNKI database,used CiteSpace to draw knowledge maps of publication volume,authors,collaborating institutions,keyword co-occurrence,keyword clustering,and keyword emergence,and conducted visualization analysis.The research findings are as follows:(1)the research on internationalization performance of Chinese enterprises has undergone phases of exploratory development,fluctuating development,and mature development;(2)the research focuses on the dimensions of internationalization performance,influencing factors,and performance of small and medium-sized enterprises;(3)in the future,further attention will be paid to the development of innovation performance and R&D investment.Additionally,it is suggested to diversify performance research dimensions,align with international perspectives and use new research methods to expand the research field of corporate internationalization performance.
