摘　　要：高校的教育管理一直以来都是十分复杂的工作,它要求教育从业者在做好本职工作的同时,还要兼顾学生的德智体要素的培养,教师在这个过程中既是传道受业者,也是管理者。教育从业者不但要把学生培养成有生存能力的强者,而且要培养学生对“人”的思考。通过人性和责任两个教育概念来探讨教育管理当中的新模式对于学生和社会的重要性。The educational management in colleges and universities has always been a very complicated work,which requires educators to take into account the cultivation of students’moral,intellectual and physical elements while doing their own work well,in this process,the teacher is not only the preacher,but also the manager.Education practitioners should not only train students to have the survival ability of the strong,but also train students to“People”thinking.Through two educational concepts of humanity and responsibility,this paper discusses the importance of the new model in educational management for students and society.
