摘  要:随着我国高等教育招生规模的扩大,如何在有限的教学资源下保证教学质量的持续提升,成为高等教育面临的重要问题。研究生助教制度作为一种创新的教学模式,可以有效缓解教学资源紧张的状况,并提升教学互动性和学生的学习兴趣。在安全工程专业理论与实践教学中,该制度对提升教学质量发挥了积极作用。研究生助教制度的实施和评估,可以为高等教育教学改革提供宝贵的理论支撑和实证经验。With the expansion of higher education enrollment in China,ensuring the continuous improvement of teaching quality under limited teaching resources has become a critical issue.The graduate teaching assistant(TA)system,as an innovative teaching model,can effectively mitigate the strain on teaching resources and enhance the interactivity of teaching as well as students’learning interest.In the theoretical and practical teaching of the safety engineering discipline,this system has demonstrated a positive impact on improving teaching quality.The implementation and evaluation of the graduate TA system can offer valuable theoretical support and empirical evidence for the reform of higher education teaching.
