摘 要:基于当前先进制造业发展背景,分析服务该行业的智慧供应链人才职业能力,为高校智慧供应链人才培养提供科学支撑。文章以主流招聘网站对供应链及相关岗位的招聘信息作为数据来源,统计制造业企业对该类职位的岗位职责、学历、任职要求等信息,采用层次分析法构建服务先进制造业的智慧供应链人才职业能力评价指标体系。经过实证分析,浅析人才培养对策,为后续高校智慧供应链人才培养研究提供参考。Based on the current development background of advanced manufacturing industry,analyze the professional abilities of smart supply chain talents serving this industry,and provide scientific support for the cultivation of smart supply chain talents in universities.The article uses the recruitment information of mainstream recruitment websites for supply chain and related positions as the data source,and collects information on the job responsibilities,education levels,and job requirements of manufacturing enterprises for such positions.The analytic hierarchy process is used to construct an evaluation index system for the professional competence of smart supply chain talents serving advanced manufacturing industries.Through empirical analysis,this paper analyzes the strategies for talent cultivation and provides reference for future research on talent cultivation in the smart supply chain of universities.
