数字改革背景下高职新生“四体六阶”产教融合职业体验实践研究

摘  要:基于新生产教融合职业体验能够激发新生学习主动性、建构专业与职业框架性、完善职业体验渠道性、链接体验融合对接性等研究意义,以基础—定向—柔性三个层级提出了“四体六阶”产教融合职业体验内涵、理论体系及结构,该模式在台州科技职业学院现代物流管理专业进行了新生职业体验的数字档案对接职业体验咨询、数字场域制定职业体验方案、数字环境实施职业体验方案、数字闭环检查职业体验运行、数字维度评价职业体验效果等实践应用,验证了其对高职新生职业体验高效开展起到了强力的支撑作用。Based on the research significance of stimulating freshmen's learning initiative,constructing professional and career frameworks,improving career experience channels,and linking experience integration and docking,this paper proposes the connotation,theoretical system,and structure of integration industry and education of the"four bodies and six levels"from three levels:Foundation,orientation,and flexibility.This model has been applied in the modern logistics management major in Tai Zhou Vocational College of Science and Technology,including digital archive docking for freshmen's professional experience consultation,digital field development of professional experience plans,digital environment implementation of professional experience plans,digital closed-loop inspection of professional experience operation,and digital dimension evaluation of professional experience effects.It has been verified that it has played a strong supporting role in the efficient development of vocational experience for freshmen.
