摘 要:在人口老龄化趋势加剧带来的以运动系统退行性疾病为代表的医疗需求增长下,提高医疗资源的分配效率,减少医疗成本,改善医疗服务的质量变得愈发重要。随着“健康中国”战略指导以及“互联网+医疗健康”计划的推进,我国医疗健康事业正经历从医疗信息化经由医疗数字化,逐步向医疗数字智能化转型的过程[1]。在关节外科领域,数字智能化(简称“数智化”)是骨关节疾病精准医疗理念的重要实践途径之一。其应用主要包括关节疾病的图像诊断、关节手术规划、计算机术中导航、机器人辅助关节置换手术、关节数据分析和康复监测等。In joint surgery,digital intelligence(DI)is a pivotal avenue in pursuing individualized precision medicine.Through the fusion and application of artificial intelligence(AI)and digital twin technology,significant progress has been made in image diagnosis,surgical planning,computer intraoperative navigation,robot-assisted joint replacement,data analysis and rehabilitation monitoring of joint diseases.Digital intelligent medical data processing and auxiliary operation provide more individualized treatment plans,more homogeneous and accurate surgical operations,and more optimized treatment outcomes.However,the application of digital intelligence technology still faces problems such as inaccurate conclusions of advantages,high costs,threats to data privacy and information security,confusing technical standards,and poor interoperability.Nonetheless,as the technology updates and iterates,digital intelligence is expected to achieve more efficient,precise and personalized joint surgery,reducing healthcare costs,improving healthcare service quality and patient satisfaction.It provides new possibilities and directions for the future development of joint surgery.
