摘 要:随着科技的发展,对手术微创、精准及可视化要求的提高,导航定位技术发展越发成熟。目前骨科手术中,主要有3种导航方式[1-6]:光学导航技术、超声导航技术、电磁导航技术。三者各有其优缺点,就目前临床上,最常使用的光学导航技术而言,最主要的问题是跟踪灯在操作过程中被遮挡,影响手术视野。With the development of orthopedic surgery towards mini-invasive,precision and visualization,the combination of navigation technology and orthopedic surgery has attracted more and more attention from clinicians.At present,electromagnetic navigation technology,as a navigation technology using electromagnetic field for positioning,has been used in many disciplines with its high precision,real-time performance and intuition at home and abroad.This paper reviewed the application of electromagnetic navigation technology in orthopedic surgery,analyzed its advantages and disadvantages,discussed the safety and success rate of its application in orthopedic surgery comprehensively,and explored the development trend of electromagnetic navigation technology in orthopedic surgery,providing references for subsequent research and clinical treatment.
