摘 要:当高校同行专家依据其专业知识对学术成果进行价值判断时,评议者个人的私利、所属群体的利益与其作为公正评价者所应秉持的职业操守及代表的组织或公共利益之间存在复杂的利益冲突。高校学术同行评议冲突理论具有自身的特定内涵特征和表现形式,理性看待高校学术同行评议冲突的积极作用和消极作用,构建公平公正的学术评议制度和机制,对于推动高校学术环境的持续优化与健康发展具有重要的价值。When peer experts in universities make value judgments on academic achievements based on their professional knowledge,there are complex conflicts of interest between the personal interests of the evaluators,the interests of the group they belong to,and the professional ethics they should uphold as impartial evaluators and the organizations or public interests they represent.The theory of conflicts in academic peer review in universities has its own specific connotations,characteristics,and manifestations.Rationally viewing the positive and negative effects of conflicts in academic peer review in universities,constructing a fair and just academic review system and mechanism,is of great value in promoting the sustained optimization and healthy development of the academic environment in universities.
