精准疼痛干预结合积极心理暗示疗法对乳腺癌手术患者睡眠效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨精准疼痛干预结合积极心理暗示疗法对乳腺癌手术患者身心应激及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年至2023年福建省龙岩市第二医院头颈乳腺外科收治的乳腺癌手术患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。前者行常规护理,后者行精准疼痛干预结合积极心理暗示疗法,比较2组疼痛程度、负面情绪、睡眠质量以及护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组疼痛程度评分、焦虑情绪以及抑郁情绪评分、睡眠质量评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌术后患者采用精准疼痛干预结合积极心理暗示疗法可改善患者睡眠质量和焦虑抑郁情绪,缓解手术疼痛,提升护理满意度,应用价值显著。Objective:To explore the impact of precision pain intervention combined with positive psychological suggestion therapy on physical and mental stress,as well as sleep quality in breast cancer surgery patients.Methods:A total of 100 breast cancer surgery patients admitted to the Department of Head,Neck,and Breast Surgery at the Second Hospital of Longyan from 2022 to 2023 were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=50),receiving routine nursing care,and an observation group(n=50),receiving precision pain intervention combined with positive psychological suggestion therapy.The two groups were compared for pain intensity,negative emotions,sleep quality,and nursing satisfaction.Results:After the intervention,the observation group showed significantly lower pain scores,anxiety and depression scores,and sleep quality scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Precision pain intervention combined with positive psychological suggestion therapy effectively improves sleep quality,reduces anxiety and depression,alleviates postoperative pain,and enhances nursing satisfaction in breast cancer surgery patients.Its application value is significant.
