摘　　要：目的:本研究旨在探讨超声引导下乳腺肿物微创旋切术患者睡眠质量的影响因素,并进行深度解析,提出相应的护理对策。方法:本研究采用了问卷调查和深度访谈的方式,收集了2023年7月至2024年5月在我院做超声引导下乳腺肿物微创旋切术的206例日间手术患者的数据,并对这些数据进行了深入的分析,探讨了这些因素与患者睡眠质量之间的关系。结果:数据分析显示,手术应激反应、术前紧张、知识缺乏、术后疼痛、年龄、患者对乳腺专用胸衣的感受、术前乳腺结节的分级、病理结果以及术后并发症等因素,与睡眠质量之间不仅存在着明显的相关性,而且具有一定的规律性。结论:针对患者睡眠质量的影响因素,本研究提出了包括术前、术后教育和心理支持、乳腺专用胸衣的正确使用指导、疼痛管理,以及随时提供帮助等护理对策。Objective:To investigate the factors affecting sleep quality in patients undergoing ultrasound-guided minimally invasive breast tumor resection and provide an in-depth analysis to propose appropriate nursing strategies.Methods:A questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews were conducted to collect data from 206 patients who underwent ultrasound-guided minimally invasive breast tumor resection as day surgery at our hospital between July 2023 and May 2024.Data were analyzed to explore the relationships between various factors and patients′sleep quality.Results:Data analysis revealed that factors such as surgical stress response,preoperative anxiety,lack of knowledge,postoperative pain,age,patient perception of specialized breast bras,preoperative breast nodule classification,pathology results,and postoperative complications were not only significantly correlated with sleep quality but also followed specific patterns.Conclusion:Based on the factors influencing sleep quality,this study proposes nursing strategies that include preoperative and postoperative education,psychological support,guidance on proper use of specialized breast bras,pain management,and readily available assistance.
