摘  要:番茄红素在预防人类某些癌症和其他疾病发生方面起着重要的作用。其主要存在于番茄、西瓜及红色葡萄柚中。主要对番茄中提取番茄红素的条件进行优化研究。最终采用三氯甲烷溶液作为提取剂,料液比为1:12时,提取后在20 min内完成吸光度的测定,相对干扰最小。该方法较为简单实用,结果准确可靠。Lycopene plays an important role in preventing certain cancers and other diseases in humans.It mainly exists in tomatoes,wa-termelons,and red grapefruits.Mainly focuses on optimizing the conditions for extracting lycopene from tomatoes.Finally,chloroform solution was used as the extraction agent,and when the material to liquid ratio was 1:12,the absorbance measurement was completed within 20 minutes after ex-traction with minimal relative interference.This method is relatively simple and practical,with accurate and reliable results.
