响应面法优化阳离子絮凝剂制备工艺及其絮凝性能研究

摘  要:采用接枝聚合法,以水解淀粉为骨架、丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)为接枝单体、硝酸铈铵为引发剂制备阳离子絮凝剂。以阳离子度为评价指标通过响应面法优化制备工艺,并对阳离子絮凝剂进行性能测试和结构表征。结果表明:在DAC质量分数为4.2%、总单体质量分数为29.6%、引发剂质量分数为0.3%的条件下,絮凝剂的最大阳离子度为29.4%。最优条件下所制备的阳离子絮凝剂能够有效去除废水中的带负电杂质和有机物,其浊度去除率达98.6%,NaHA去除率达93.0%。SEM图像分析结果表明:相对于淀粉而言,阳离子絮凝剂表面积增大且分支数量显著增加。FT-IR光谱表明阳离子单体DAC成功接枝到淀粉骨架上形成共聚物。Cationic flocculants were prepared by graft polymerization using hydrolyzed starch as the backbone,acrylamide(AM)and acryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DAC)as the grafting monomers,and ceric ammonium nitrate as the initiator.The preparation process was optimized by response surface method using cationicity as the evaluation index,and the cationic flocculant was tested for performance and structural characterization.The results showed that the maximum cationicity of the flocculant was 29.4%at a DAC mass fraction of 4.2%,a total monomer mass fraction of 29.6%and an initiator mass fraction of 0.3%.The cationic flocculant prepared under the optimal conditions was able to effectively remove negatively charged impurities and organic matter from the wastewater with a turbidity removal rate of 98.6%and a NaHA removal rate of 93.0%.SEM image analysis showed that the surface area of the cationic flocculant increased and the number of branches significantly increased relative to starch.FT-IR spectra showed that the cationic monomer DAC was successfully grafted onto the starch backbone to form a copolymer.
