摘 要:由于异形电镀件表面同时集中了复杂曲面和类镜面反射的成像特性,使得其表面缺陷图像采集极其困难。针对异形电镀件表面成像难的问题,设计了一种基于机器人随电镀件外形规划路径的机器视觉成像系统。根据暗场成像原理,搭建光照成像平台;建立成像运动模型,利用旋转平面切片法和等弧长法获取采集目标点;基于ROBOGUIDE离线编程软件进行路径规划仿真,生成成像路径的控制程序,进行表面随形成像。经实验验证,成像系统曲面成像时间约为8 s,采集的图像无反射光斑,能够很好地区分背景与缺陷信息,配合软件检测精度可达0.3 mm,有效提高了高亮曲面的检测效率和检测精度,研究成果在异形电镀件成像方面有显著应用价值。The simultaneous concentration of complex curved surfaces and specular reflection imaging characteristics on the surface of irregular-shaped electroplating parts poses a significant challenge in capturing their surface defect images.In this paper,a machine vision imaging system based on robot path planning with the shape of electroplating parts was designed to address the problem of surface imaging of anisotropic electroplating parts.Firstly,a conformal illumination imaging platform was built based on the principle of dark field imaging.Secondly,the imaging motion model was established,and the target acquisition points were obtained using the rotating plane slicing method and the equal arc length method.Finally,the path planning simulation was performed using ROBOGUIDE off-line programming software to generate control programs for the imaging path and surface full imaging.The experimental results showed that the curved surface imaging time of the imaging system was approximately 8s,and the captured images were free of reflected spots,allowing for a clear distinction between background and defect information.The detection accuracy of the software can reach 0.3mm,effectively improving the detection efficiency and accuracy of the highly reflective curved surfaces.The research findings had significant application value in the imaging of irregular-shaped electroplating parts.
