数智化转型背景下财务BP赋能通信行业ICT项目管理的研究

摘　　要：随着信息技术的快速发展,企业数智化转型已成为助力其发展的重要方向。业财融合背景下,财务BP作为影响企业决策的重要部分,应充分发挥其作用。文章以通信行业为例,从财务BP赋能通信行业ICT项目管理的方向进行研究,对如何通过财务BP提升ICT项目管理的效益和效率、降低运营风险进行了深入探讨,提出了构建以项目效益为中心的管理机制、强化业财数据治理和应用、培养复合型人才等策略,旨在解决通信行业在数字化转型过程中业财融合现存的问题。With the rapid development of information technology,digital and intelligent transformation has become a crucial direction for enterprise growth.In the context of business-finance integration,Finance Business Partners(FBPs)significantly impact corporate decision-making and should fully utilize their roles.This paper takes the telecommunications industry as a case study to explore how FBPs empower ICT project management.It delves into ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ICT project management through FBPs and reduce operational risks.The study proposes strategies such as establishing a management mechanism centered on project benefits,strengthening business-finance data governance and application,and cultivating versatile talents,all aimed at addressing existing issues in business-finance integration during the industry's digital transformation.
