摘  要:随着社会发展,电力企业面临的挑战也越来越多。在当前多元的市场环境下,不仅要满足客户用电需求,还要不断提升客户体验,创新市场营销策略,提升优质服务水平。文章旨在分析电力市场营销特点、电力市场营销及优质服务对企业发展的重要意义,并制订电力市场营销优质服务策略,以期能够提升企业经济效益和社会效益,促进企业的长足发展,更好地为经济社会发展提供电力保障。With the development of society,power enterprises are facing more and more challenges.In the current diverse market environment,it is not only necessary to meet customers'electricity needs,but also to continuouslyimprove customer experience,innovate marketing strategies,and enhance high-quality service levels.This article aims to analyze the characteristics of electricity market marketing,the importance of electricity market marketing and high-quality services for enterprise development,and formulate strategies for highquality services in electricity market marketing,in order to enhance the economic and social benefits of enterprises,promote their longterm development,and better provide electricity security for economic and social development.
