摘　　要：近年来,由于社会和经济环境的改变,我国的社会主义市场经济已经步入一个成熟期,公司获得了新的变革和发展方向。企业并购是一项重大决策,能够最大限度发挥企业内在潜力、实现资源优化配置的重要战略举措。随着公司并购的发展,公司治理结构和财务内部控制方式也发生变化。因此,必须加强金融整合和监管,推动企业高质量发展。文章简要阐述企业并购的财务风险,分析企业并购财务风险产生原因,进而针对当前存在的风险提出相应防范策略,使其能在社会经济中健康快速发展。In recent years,due to the change of social and economic environment,our market economy has entered a mature period,the company has obtained a new change and development direction.Merger and acquisition is an important decision,which is an important strategic measure to maximize the internal potential of enterprises and realize the optimal allocation of resources.With the development of corporate mergers and acquisitions,the corporate governance structure and financial internal control methods have also changed.Therefore,financial integration and supervision must be strengthened to promote the high-quality development of enterprises.This paper briefly expounds the financial risks of enterprise mergers and acquisitions,analyzes the causes of the financial risks of enterprise mergers and acquisitions,and then puts forward corresponding prevention strategies for the current existing risks,so that they can develop healthily and rapidly in the social economy.
