摘　　要：随着全球经济一体化的加速发展,企业社会责任已成为衡量企业可持续发展的重要指标。文章从经济法视角出发,深入剖析企业社会责任的内涵、经济法与企业社会责任的关系,以及当前企业在履行社会责任过程中存在的问题。在此基础上,提出加强企业社会责任的实施路径,包括完善经济法体系、增强企业社会责任意识、强化政府监管等方面,旨在通过法律手段促进企业积极履行社会责任,实现经济效益与社会效益的双赢。With the accelerated development of global economic integration,corporate social responsibility has become an important indicator to measure the sustainable development of enterprises.From the perspective of economic law,this paper deeply analyzes the connotation of corporate social responsibility,the relationship between economic law and corporate social responsibility,and the existing problems in the process of fulfilling corporate social responsibility.On this basis,the paper puts forward ways to strengthen the implementation of corporate social responsibility,including improving the economic law system,enhancing the awareness of corporate social responsibility,strengthening government supervision and other aspects,aiming to promote enterprises to actively fulfill their social responsibilities through legal means,and achieve a win-win situation of economic and social benefits.
