摘　　要：该文旨在探讨在休闲体育视角下内蒙古冰雪运动的发展路径,为政策制定、市场运营及社会参与提供指导意见。通过文献综述、实地调研与访问、数据信息的收集与分析,对内蒙古冰雪运动的现状及存在的问题进行系统研究,并结合休闲体育理论进行分析,提炼发展路径与对策建议,发现内蒙古在冰雪运动方面具有独特的地理与气候优势,但在基础设施、市场机制、社会参与及科技创新等方面存在不足。通过科学规划与政策支持,优化市场运营模式,增强社会参与度,依托科技创新驱动,可推动冰雪运动的休闲化和产业化发展。因此内蒙古冰雪运动的发展需整合多方资源,提升群众参与度,合理利用地理优势,通过制度保障和科技创新,推动冰雪运动的全面发展,并为其他地区冰雪运动的发展提供更多有益参考。This paper aims to explore the development path of ice and snow sports in Inner Mongolia from the perspective of leisure sports,and provide guidance for policy-making,market operation and social participation.Through literature review,on-the-spot investigation and visit,data collection and analysis,the present situation and existing problems of ice and snow sports in Inner Mongolia are systematically studied,and combined with the theory of leisure sports,it is found that Inner Mongolia has unique geographical and climatic advantages in ice and snow sports,but it is deficient in infrastructure,market mechanism,social participation and scientific and technological innovation.Through scientific planning and policy support,we can optimize the market operation mode,enhance social participation,and promote the development of recreation and industrialization of ice and snow sports.Therefore,the development of ice and snow sports in Inner Mongolia needs to integrate multiple resources,enhance the participation of the masses,make rational use of geographical advantages,and promote the all-round development of ice and snow sports through institutional guarantee and scientific and technological innovation,and provide more beneficial reference for the development of ice and snow sports in other regions.
