“双减”政策背景下中学生课外体育锻炼现状分析——以哈尔滨市松北区中学生为例

摘　　要：基于“双减”政策背景下,以哈尔滨市松北区中学生课外体育锻炼现状为研究对象,该文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法以及数理统计法对哈尔滨松北区500名初中生课外体育锻炼的基本现状及其影响因素进行调查研究,旨在促进哈尔滨市松北区中学生课外体育发展提供理论参考依据。该文的结论如下:第一,哈尔滨松北区学生缺乏充足的时间进行课外体育锻炼,这主要是由于课业繁重导致学生只有1小时左右的时间进行体育锻炼,这并不能满足学生的日常锻炼,因此学校应当给予学生充足时间。第二,哈尔滨松北区的学校缺乏课外体育锻炼的规章制度,导致学校课外体育锻炼缺乏纪律性和组织性,无法有效提高学生对课外体育锻炼的兴趣和积极性。第三,哈尔滨松北区的学校对课外体育锻炼缺乏组织性,教师组织能力和指导还不充分。因此学校应该强化老师的组织、引导能力,以达到激发学生参加课外体育锻炼积极性的目的。Based on the background of"Double reduction"policy,this paper takes the status quo of extracurricular physical exercise of middle school students in Songbei District,Harbin,as the research object,the present study investigated the current situation and influencing factors of extracurricular physical exercise among 500 junior high school students in Songbei District,Harbin,using the methods of Literature Review,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,it aims to promote the development of extracurricular sports among secondary school students in Songbei District Harbin.The conclusion of the paper is as follows:first,the students in Songbei District lack sufficient time to do extracurricular physical exercises,which is mainly due to the heavy workload,so the students only have about one hour to do physical exercises,this can not satisfy the daily exercise of students,so schools should give students enough time.Second,the lack of rules and regulations on extracurricular physical exercise in schools in Songbei District leads to the lack of discipline and organization in school extracurricular physical exercise,which can not effectively improve students'interest and enthusiasm in extracurricular physical exercise.Third,the schools in Songbei District lack organization for extracurricular physical exercise,and the teachers'organization ability and guidance are not sufficient.Therefore the school should strengthen the teacher's organization,the guidance ability,achieves arouses the student to participate in the extracurricular sports exercise the enthusiasm the goal.
