摘　　要：该文围绕体育干预对乡镇青少年健康危险行为的影响展开分析。首先,界定了青少年健康危险行为及体育干预的概念,并基于健康促进理论和社会生态学理论,分析了体育干预在减少青少年健康危险行为方面的作用机制。其次,该文详细描述了乡镇青少年在物质滥用、运动习惯和饮食习惯等方面存在的健康危险行为现状,揭示了体育教育资源不足、家庭和社会支持不够以及青少年健康意识薄弱等问题。最后,提出了加强体育教育资源建设、提升家庭和社会支持力度以及加强健康教育与宣传等体育干预策略,以期为乡镇青少年健康的促进和发展提供参考。This paper analyzes the influence of sports intervention on health risk behaviors of adolescents in towns and villages.Firstly,the concept of adolescent health risk behaviors and sports intervention were defined,and based on health promotion theory and Social ecology theory,the mechanism of sports intervention in reducing adolescent health risk behaviors was analyzed.Secondly,this paper describes the present situation of health risk behaviors in the aspects of substance abuse,exercise habit and diet habit among the adolescents in towns and villages,it reveals the problems of insufficient physical education resources,insufficient family and social support,and the weak health awareness of adolescents.Finally,the author puts forward some strategies of physical education intervention,such as strengthening the construction of physical education resources,enhancing the support of family and society,and strengthening health education and propaganda,so as to provide reference for the promotion and development of health of the Adolescents in villages and towns.
