摘　　要：随着现代教育技术的不断革新,传统的教学模式正经历着前所未有的变革。OBE理念作为一种新型的教育模式,已经引起了全球教育界的广泛关注。该文旨在探讨在OBE理念下高校健美操线上线下混合式教学模式的构建与实践。通过对教学内容的选择与组织、教学方法与手段的创新,以及教学模式面临的挑战与问题等方面的深入研究,力求为高校健美操教学的改革与发展提供有益的参考。同时该文还提出一系列优化策略与建议,促进高校健美操线上线下教学模式的持续优化与完善。With the continuous innovation of modern educational technology,traditional teaching modes are undergoing unprecedented changes.The OBE concept,as a new type of education approach,has attracted widespread attention from the global education community.This paper aims to explore the construction and practice of a blended online and offline teaching mode for college aerobics under the OBE concept.Through in-depth research on the selection and organization of teaching content,innovation of teaching methods and means,and challenges and problems faced by teaching modes,the paper strivesto provide valuable references for the reform and development of aerobics teaching in colleges and universities.At the same time,this paper also proposes a series of optimization strategies and suggestions to promote the continuous optimization and improvement of the online and offline teaching mode of aerobics incolleges and universities.
