摘　　要：太极柔力球作为一种独特的体育运动,巧妙地将传统的太极理念与现代竞技体育相结合,兼具强身健体、舞台展示、比赛竞技和民族文化传承的多重价值,属于中国一项独具特色的体育项目。为深入了解太极柔力球在萍乡学院的推广情况,该文对其发展历程进行了细致剖析。结果揭示,太极柔力球在该校的推广主要得益于校方高层、授课教师以及地方体育机构的鼎力支持;推广活动内容丰富,不仅涉及基础理论的学习,还包括技术技能的训练;实施途径主要包括课程内教授与课外兴趣拓展;参与人群广泛,涵盖体育专业与非体育专业的学生;推广意义深远,体现在健身价值、教育价值、社会价值、文化价值四大维度。Tai Chi Softball,asa unique sport,cleverly combines traditional Tai Chi concepts with modern competitive sports,possessing multiple values including physical fitness,stage performance,competitive sports,and national cultural inheritance.It is a distinctive sport in China.To gain a deep understanding of the promotion of Tai Chi Softball at Pingxiang University,this paper conducts a detailed analysis of its development process.The results reveal that the promotion of Tai Chi Softball at the university is mainly attributed to the strong support of university administrators,instructors,and local sports organizations.The promotion activities are rich in content,covering not only the study of basic theories but also the training of technical skills.The implementation approaches mainly include in-class instruction and extracurricular interest expansion.The participants are diverse,including students majoring in sports and non-sports majors.The promotion has far-reaching significance,embodied in four dimensions:fitness value,educational value,social value,and cultural value.
