摘　　要：在互联网+时代,高校体育教师面临新的挑战和机遇。为适应时代的发展,该文旨在探讨高校体育教师教学方法的创新,以提升教学效果和学生参与度。通过综合利用互联网技术、大数据分析、人工智能等先进技术手段,该文致力于构建开放式、互动式的教学平台,为教师和学生提供更广泛的学习和交流空间。In the Internet+era,physical education teachers in colleges and universities are facing new challenges and opportunities.In order to adapt to the development ofthe times,this paper is mainly to explore the innovation of teaching methods of physical education teachers in colleges and universities,so as to improve teaching effectivenessand student participation.By comprehensively utilizing advanced technological means such as Internet technology,big data analysis,artificial intelligence and other advanced technical means,this paper strives to build an open and interactive teaching platform to provide teachers and students with a wider range of learning and communication space.
