摘 要:该文深入探讨了新疆师范高等专科学校体育师范生实习支教的现状,以及在实习过程中遇到的主要问题和挑战。通过对200名体育师范生采用问卷调查法、访谈法及数理统计法等多种研究方法收集数据,该文揭示了实习支教在培训内容、实习学校设施、双导师制沟通以及师范生个人能力提升等方面存在的不足。调查结果显示,尽管大多数师范生对实习支教持积极态度,认为实习经历有助于提高自身教学能力和职业认同感,但他们也面临着理论与实践脱节、实习学校体育设施不足、缺乏有效的指导与反馈等问题。针对这些问题,该文提出了相应的解决对策,包括完善体育院系的培训内容和评价模式,加强实习学校的设施建设和前期培训,以及推广实习支教双导师制等。这些建议旨在优化师范生的实习支教体验,提高体育教育的质量,为体育师范生的专业发展奠定坚实基础。This paper deeply discusses the present situation of teaching practice for physical education normal students in Xinjiang Teachers College,and the main problems and challenges encountered in the practice.By collecting data from 200 physical education normal students by questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper reveals the shortcomings of practice teaching in training content,practice school facilities,double tutorial system communication and personal ability improvement of normal students.The survey results show that although most normal students have a positive attitude towards teaching practice,and think that internship experience is helpful to improve their teaching ability and professional identity,they are also faced with problems such as the disconnection between theory and practice,the lack of sports facilities in internship schools,and the lack of effective guidance and feedback.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures,including improving the trainingcontent and evaluation model of physical education departments,strengthening the facilities construction and pre-training of practice schools,and popularizing the dual tutorial system of practice teaching.These suggestions aim at optimizing the practice teaching experience of normal students,improving the quality of physical education and laying a solid foundation for the professional development of normal students.
