摘　　要：随着信息技术的高速发展和社交媒体的兴起,“自媒体”时代已经到来。在这个新时代下,高校体育课教学也需要不断创新,以适应社会和学生对于教育方式的需求。该文旨在探讨“自媒体”时代下高校体育课教学的创新策略,并在实践中进行探索和优化。通过研究,可以为高校体育课教学的改进和发展提供借鉴和参考。With the rapid development of information technology and the rise of social media,the"self-media"era has arrived.In this new era,physical education class teaching in colleges and universities also needs constant innovation to meet the needs of society and students for educational methods.This paper aims to explore the innovative strategies of physical education class teaching in colleges and universities in the era of"self-media"and explore and optimize them in practice.Through the research,we can provide reference for the improvement and development of physical education class teaching in colleges and universities.
