高职院校体育课内外一体化教学改革的新思考

摘　　要：该文探讨了高职院校体育课内外一体化教学改革的重要性、困境和策略。在当前高职院校教育改革的大背景下,体育课内外一体化教学具有促进学生全面发展、提高教学质量、增强学生体质等重要意义。然而,困境也是不可忽视的,包括师资不足、教学资源不足、学生参与度低等问题。为应对这些困境,提出了一系列改革策略,如加强师资培训、优化教学资源配置、拓展课程形式等。This paper discusses the importance,difficulties and strategies of the integrated teaching reform in physical education class in higher vocational colleges.Under the background of the current education reform in higher vocational colleges,the integrated teaching inside and outside physical education class is of great significance in promoting students'all-round development,improving teaching quality and strengthening students'physique.However,the difficulties can not be ignored,including insufficient teachers,insufficient teaching resources and low student participation.In order to cope with these difficulties,a series of reform strategies are put forward,such as strengthening teacher training,optimizing the allocation of teaching resources and expanding curriculum forms.
