职业导向下的高职院校公共体育课程改革探究

摘　　要：社会需求是职业教育改革的动力和源泉。该文立足职业导向,深入探讨了高职院校公共体育改革的策略。通过系统性的文献梳理与实地考察,揭示了当前高职院校公共体育领域存在的课程思政融入不足、职业导向不明、职业体能练习不足等核心问题。为了应对这些问题,该文提出了一套具体的改革路径:以课程思政为起点,激发学生主动锻炼的激情;以职业类别为导向,加强教学的针对性;以竞赛体系为着力点,加强课外教学的指导,打造课内课外一体化教学新模式;以学生核心素养培育为落脚点,增强终身体育的意识和能力。该文旨在立足职业导向,培养未来高素质专业化技能型人才,为高职院校公共体育改革提供有益的参考和借鉴。Social demand is the driving force and source of vocational education reform.This article focuses on career orientation and explores in depth the strategies for public sports reform in vocational colleges.Through systematic literature review and field investigation,the core problems in the current field of public sports in vocational colleges,such as insuffi cient integration of ideological and political education into the curriculum,unclear career orientation,and insufficient physical exercise,have been revealed.In order to address these issues,the article proposes a specific reform path:starting from the ideological and political education curriculum,stimulating students'enthusiasm for active exercise;Guided by occupational categories,strengthen the pertinence of teaching;Focusing on the competition system,strengthening the guidance of extracurricular teaching,and creating a new integrated teaching model of in class and out of class activities;Focusing on cultivating students'core competencies,enhancing their awareness and ability to engage in lifelong physical education.This article aims to focus on career orientation,cultivate future high-quality specialized skilled talents,and provide useful reference and inspiration for the reform of public sports in vocational colleges.
