排球训练对高职院校学生体质发展影响的实验研究

摘　　要：该文主要运用实验研究,旨在探讨排球训练对高职院校学生身体素质发展的影响。实验对象为高职大学生群体,将其分为两组,其中一组接受排球训练,而另一组不接受排球训练作为对照组。实验周期为15周,实验开始和结束部分对两组学生进行了身体形态和身体素质的测量。结果显示,在经过排球训练后,接受训练组的高职学生身体形态明显改善,身高、体重等指标有所改善;同时,他们的身体素质也得到了提高,包括灵敏性、爆发力、协调性等方面。与对照组相比,接受排球训练的高职学生在身体形态和身体素质方面都表现出更好的发展。综上所述,排球训练对高职学生身体形态和身体素质具有积极的影响,这一研究为在高职院校推广和开展排球运动提供了一定的理论支持。This paper mainly uses experimental research to explore the influence of volleyball training on the development of students'physical quality in higher vocational colleges.The experimental subjects are higher vocational college students,who are divided into two groups.One group receives volleyball training,while the other group does not receive volleyball training as the control group.The experimental period is 15 weeks.At the beginning and end of the experiment,the body shape and physical quality of the two groups of students were measured.The results show that after volleyball training,the physical shape of higher vocational students in the training group is obviously improved,and the indexes such as height and weight are improved.At the same time,their physical fitness has also been improved,including sensitivity,explosiveness and coordination.Compared with the control group,the higher vocational students who received volleyball training showed better development in body shape and physical quality.To sum up,volleyball training has a positive impact on the physical shape and physical quality of higher vocational students.This study provides some theoretical support for the promotion and development of volleyball in higher vocational colleges.
