摘　　要：人工智能凭借智能化、个性化、精准化和多样化的特点,为高校教学管理方式的创新提供了新的思路。文章阐述了在高校教学管理中应用人工智能的意义,分析了在人工智能时代背景下高校教学管理的现状及存在的问题,并提出构建高校人工智能生态环境体系的建议。通过从创新学生管理、优化师资队伍和加强教学管理等方面探索人工智能在教学管理中的应用模式,旨在为高校教学管理的智能化提升提供借鉴。Artificial intelligence,with its characteristics of intelligence,personalization,precision,and diversity,provides new ideas for the innovation of teaching management methods in universities.The article elaborates on the significance of applying artificial intelligence in university teaching management,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of university teaching management in the context of the AI era,and proposes suggestions for building an AI ecological environment system in universities.By exploring the application mode of artificial intelligence in teaching management from the aspects of innovative student management,optimizing the teaching staff,and strengthening teaching management,the aim is to provide reference for the intelligent improvement of university teaching management.
