冰按通络法对急性缺血性脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:通过观察冰按通络法对急性缺血性脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的效果,为临床诊治提供一定的参考。方法:选取72例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,按随机对照实验分为观察组和对照组,对照组在急性缺血性脑卒中诊疗规范的基础上进行局部穴位按摩治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上行口腔冰刺激治疗,最终观察2组患者洼田饮水试验结果及标准吞咽功能评分(SSA),以判断疗效。结果:入院当天及第3天,组间对比无统计学意义,但从第7天开始,组间对比发现有统计学意义,同时从第3天,第7天,第14天的对比表明,无论是穴位按摩还是将冰刺激与穴位按摩相结合,都能有效改善患者的吞咽功能,且随着时间的延长,效果愈加显著。结论:冰按通络法对改善急性缺血性脑卒中患者吞咽障碍有较好的疗效,值得临床借鉴及推广。Objective:To observe the effect of ice pressing and dredging method on dysphagia in patients with acute ischemic stroke,and provide certain reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:72 patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to a random controlled experiment.The control group received local acupoint massage treatment based on the diagnosis and treatment standards for acute ischemic stroke,and the ohservation group received oral ice stimulation treatment hased on the control group.Finally,the results of the Wa Tian drinking water test and the standard swallowing function score(SSA)of the patients in the two groups were observed to judge the efficacy.Results:On the day of admission and the third day,there was no statistical significance between the groups,but starting from the seventh day,the comparison between the groups was found to be statistically significant.At the same time,the comparison from the third day,the seventh day,and the 14th day showed that both acupoint massage or the combination of ice stimulation and acupoint massage can effectively improve the patient's swallowing function,and the effect becomes more and more significant as time goes on.Conclusion:Ice pressing and dredging collaterals method has a good effect on improving swallowing disorders in patients with acute ischemic stroke,and is worth clinical reference and promotion.
