摘 要:为评估车辆载荷下伸缩缝的使用寿命,建立桥梁伸缩缝一体分析有限元模型;基于WIM(weigh-in-motion)系统获取交通载荷数据,对车辆类型和质量进行分析,采用MATLAB建立随机车流载荷,构建随机车流下桥梁伸缩缝位移分析系统;研究了稀疏车流、适中车流和密集车流作用下伸缩缝的纵向位移响应,并对伸缩缝各根中梁处的聚四氟乙烯滑动支承的正常使用寿命进行评估。结果表明,靠近主桥端中梁处滑动支承易损坏,其在稀疏车流、适中车流和密集车流下使用寿命分别为1.89、1.36和0.68 a。In order to evaluate the service life of expansion joint under vehicle load,the finite element model of bridge-expansion joint integrated analysis was established.Based on the traffic load data obtained by the WIM(weigh-in-motion)system,the vehicle type and quality were analyzed.The random traffic load was established by MATLAB,and the bridge-expansion joint displacement analysis system under random traffic flow was constructed.The longitudinal displacement response of the expansion joint under the action of sparse traffic flow,moderate traffic flow and dense traffic flow was studied,and the normal service life of the PTFE sliding support at each middle beam of the expansion joint was evaluated.The results show that,the sliding bearing near the middle beam of the main bridge is easy to be damaged,and its service life under sparse,moderate and dense traffic flow is 1.89,1.36 and 0.68 years respectively.
