摘  要:评价是教育高质量发展的“指挥棒”,为落实立德树人根本任务,建设教育强国,需要科学多样的评价作引领和支撑。增值评价注重评价对象的自我纵向进步与努力的程度,倡导发展性、过程性的评价理念,契合当前我国教育评价改革的时代逻辑,是我国教育高质量发展的重要抓手。增值评价作为“舶来品”传入中国已近三十年,期间经历了零星散落的直接引介、实践驱动的系统镜鉴、理性反思的演绎创生三个阶段,丰富和推动了我国教育评价的发展。但增值评价在中国化过程中也面临着认知合法性的阙如、二元对立思维的束缚、理论演绎逻辑的钳制等羁绊。为使增值评价更好地契合并推进我国教育评价改革的深化,应倡导“知识共享”,弥合不同利益主体之间的认知鸿沟;秉持“和合思想”,锚定增值评价在教育评价中的定位;采用“复杂性思维”,构建中国特色的增值评价体系。Evaluation is the“baton”for the high-quality development of education.In order to implement the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and building a strong education country,scientific and diverse evaluations are needed as guidance and support.Value added evaluation focuses on the degree of self vertical progress and effort of the evaluated object,advocates the concept of developmental and process oriented evaluation,conforms to the current era logic of education evaluation reform in China,and is an important lever for the high-quality development of education in China.Value added evaluation,as an“imported product”,has been introduced to China for nearly thirty years.During this period,it has gone through three stages:sporadic and scattered direct introductions,practice driven systematic reflection,and rational reflection and deductive creation,enriching and promoting the development of education evaluation in China.However,in the process of sinicization,value-added evaluation also faces the constraints of cognitive legitimacy,binary oppositional thinking,and theoretical deductive logic.In order to improve valueadded evaluation and promote the deepening of education evaluation reform in China through the consolidation of land deeds,we should advocate for“knowledge sharing”and bridge the cognitive gap between different stakeholders;adhering to the concept of“harmony”,anchor the positioning of value-added evaluation in educational evaluation;adopting“complexity thinking”to construct a value-added evaluation system with Chinese characteristics.
