摘　　要：目的探究瑞巴派特片联合含铋剂四联疗法对幽门螺旋杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)阳性消化性溃疡(peptic ulcer,PU)患者的影响。方法选择2021年6月~2023年6月本院消化内科收治的Hp阳性PU患者118例,随机分为两组。对照组(59例)给予患者含铋剂四联疗法,观察组(59例)给予患者含铋剂四联疗法和瑞巴派特片。比较两组临床疗效、Hp清除率、胃肠激素水平和不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组临床疗效及Hp清除率高于对照组,(P<0.05);治疗前,两组胃肠激素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组生长抑素(somatostatin,SS)、降钙素基因相关肽(Calcitonin gene related peptide,CGRP)高于对照组,胃泌素(Gastrin,GAS)低于对照组,(P<0.05);两组不良反应情况对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论对Hp阳性PU患者采用含铋剂四联疗法和瑞巴派特片治疗有助于改善患者胃肠激素水平,提高Hp清除率,临床疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of rebamipide tablets combined with bismuth-containing quadruple therapy on Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-positive peptic ulcer(PU)patients.Methods 118 patients with Hp positive PU admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(59 cases)received bismuth-containing quadruple therapy,and the observation group(59 cases)received bismuth-containing quadruple therapy and rebamipide tablets.The clinical efficacy,Hp clearance rate,gastrointestinal hormone levels and adverse reac-tions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy and Hp clearance rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in gastrointestinal hormone levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,somatostatin(SS)and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and gastrin(GAS)was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of bismuth-contain-ing quadruple therapy and rebamipide tablets in patients with Hp positive PU can improve the gastrointestinal hormone levels and in-crease the Hp clearance rate.The clinical effect is significant and is worth promoting.
