摘　　要：北京地坛医院聚焦提升传染病学科人才的核心竞争力,在传染病学科人才的挖掘、使用和管理中充分结合能本管理理念的能力发现、能力使用和能力开发3大机制,建立起基于能本管理的“平急结合”人才培养模式,并在提升传染病学科影响力和人才队伍素质、促进人才队伍潜能的开发与利用等方面进行了实践与探索。Beijing Ditan Hospital focuses on improving the core competitiveness of infectious disease discipline talents,fully combines the three mechanisms of ability discovery,ability use and ability development of capacity core management in the mining,use and management of infectious disease discipline talents,establishes the talent cultivation mode of"peace and emergency combination",and practice and exploration are carried out to promote the development and utilization of the potential of the talent team.
