摘  要:在现场应用过程中,发现传统电缆交叉互联接地箱存在箱盖开闭耗时过长的问题。文章通过现场交叉互联箱进水的案例,分析交叉互联箱进水引起环流异常的原理。针对该问题提出改进思路,通过改变交叉互联箱箱盖与箱体的连接方式,用卡扣结构实现箱盖的快速开闭,有效降低交叉互联箱进水或受潮的概率。During the on-site application process,it was found that traditional cable sheath cross-linking grounding boxes take an excessive amount of time to open and close.The article analyzes the principle of abnormal circulation caused by water ingress into a cross-linking box through a case study of water ingress on site.To address this issue,an improved design is proposed,modifying the connection between the box cover and body by incorporating a buckle structure to enable quick opening and closing,effectively reducing the probability of water or moisture entering the cross connected box.
