摘　　要：目的:分析卫生信息管理专业教学服务质量状况,为专业教学服务质量管理和改进提供参考。方法:自制调查问卷,对卫生信息管理专业2012~2017级毕业生开展调查。基于IPA模型定位图进行分析。结果:毕业生对教学服务质量6个维度的重要性期望均值为4.28,满意度感知均值为3.91,且各维度的重要性均值均高于满意度感知。结论:应兼顾学生和行业发展需求,持续提高教学服务质量。Objective:To assess the quality of teaching services in health information management,providing reference for quality management and improvement.Method:A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey graduates from 2012 to 2017.Analysis was conducted using the IPA model positioning map.Results:Graduates rated the importance of six quality dimensions with an average of 4.28 and satisfaction at 3.91,with importance scores higher than satisfaction in all dimensions.Conclusion:It is essential to balance student needs and industry demands,continually improving teaching service quality.
