摘 要:随着肿瘤免疫治疗不断出现突破性的进展,中药调控免疫系统的机制研究也获得越来越多地受到关注。根据免疫调节特性,中药单体可以通过改善肿瘤微环境免疫状况、靶向相关细胞因子达到抗肿瘤的免疫治疗效果。本文介绍了肿瘤免疫治疗方法,从免疫调控的角度总结了参与促进免疫治疗的中药单体,为探讨中药单体抗肿瘤的作用机制及免疫治疗靶点提供思路。With the continuous breakthrough progress of tumor immunotherapy,the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine regulating the immune system has also attracted more and more attention.According to the immunomodulatory properties of traditional Chinese medicine monomers,anti-tumor immunotherapy was achieved by improving the immune status of the tumor microenvironment and targeting related cytokines.This review introduces the methods of tumor immunotherapy,and summarizes the traditional Chinese medicine monomers involved in promoting immunotherapy from the perspective of immune regulation,which will provide ideas for exploring the anti-tumor mechanism and immunotherapy targets of traditional Chinese medicine monomers.
