摘  要:近几年,山地齿轨铁路在国内悄然兴起。运用于齿轨铁路的齿轨列车最大特点是爬坡能力强,可爬升的最大坡道达250‰~480‰,是普通铁路列车的10倍以上。齿轨列车的核心部件是齿轨转向架和齿轨驱动装置,其性能好坏和可靠性高低直接关系到齿轨列车研发成败和运用安全与否。为充分验证该部件功能的实用性、质量的可靠性和运用的安全性,在装车前进行台架试验是非常必要的,但国内目前还没有可开展该类研究的试验台。文章结合齿轨驱动系统的特点和功能需求,搭建了一个齿轨驱动系统试验验证平台,首先介绍了齿轨驱动系统试验台的主要功能、原理及结构;然后对试验平台的总体架构、机械系统、液压系统、电气系统、测试系统、控制系统、监视系统等分别进行了阐述;最后总结了试验平台的主要特点和技术创新性,并对该试验台成功应用情况进行了说明。齿轨驱动系统试验台的建立和应用,填补了国内无齿轨驱动试验台的空白,提升了齿轨车辆驱动系统试验手段,标志着我国在齿轨驱动系统开发上具备了必要的试验研究条件,可快速推动齿轨列车核心技术的迭代发展。In recent years,mountainous rack railways have emerged in China.Rack trains operating on these railways showcase ex-ceptional climbing capabilities on slopes with a maximum slope of 250‰~480‰,which is more than 10 times the capacity of ordinary railway trains.The core components of rack trains are the rack bogie and rack drive device,whose performance and reliability are direct-ly related to the successful development and operational safety of these trains.Therefore,conducting bench tests before assembly on trains is essential to fully verify their functional availability,quality reliability,and operational safety.Given the lack of suitable test benches in China for such research,this paper aims to establish a test and verification platform for rack drive systems,taking into ac-count their characteristics and functional requirements.Following an introduction to the main functions,principles,and structures of the rack drive system test platform,this paper describes the overall architecture and various systems,including mechanical,hydraulic,electri-cal,testing,control,and monitoring systems.The main characteristics and technological innovations of the test platform are summarized,followed by an explanation of its application.The successful establishment and application of the rack drive system test bench have filled the gap in China,thereby enhancing the testing methods for drive systems in rack trains.This advancement marks the availability of nec-essary experimental research conditions for the development of rack drive systems in China and facilitates the rapid iterative develop-ment of core technologies for rack trains.
