虎符铜砭刮痧配合西药治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎(肝胃不和型)30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察虎符铜砭刮痧干预慢性非萎缩性胃炎(肝胃不和证)的临床疗效。方法:60例中医辨证属肝胃不和证慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者,按就诊顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。两组均采用西医常规治疗,奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊20 mg,1次/d,枸橼酸莫沙必利5 mg,3次/d。观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用虎符铜砭刮痧治疗,每周治疗1次,两组均治疗4周。观察两组治疗前后胃脘胀痛、两胁胀满、嗳气、嘈杂反酸、善太息中医证候积分变化,并比较临床疗效。结果:观察组临床有效率为100%,对照组临床有效率为96.7%,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01);两组各项中医证候积分方面差异均具有统计学意义,观察组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:西医常规治疗联合虎符铜砭刮痧,较单纯口服药物治疗效果显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Hufu Tongbian Scrapping intervention on chronic non-atrophic gastritis(liver and stomach disharmony syndrome).Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis with TCM syndrome differentiation of liver and stomach discord were divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of treatment,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional Western medicine,Omeprazole enteric-coated capsules 20mg once daily,Mosapride citrate 5mg three times daily.On the basis of conventional treatment,Hufu Tongbian Scrapping was applied in the treatment group,once a week.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome scores of epigastric distending pain,flank distension,belching,noisy acid regurgitation and good restlessness were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate was 100%in the treatment group and 96.7%in the control group(P<0.01).There were significant differences in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The conventional treatment of western medicine combined with Hufu Tongbian Scrapping is more effective than simple oral medication.
