摘　　要：目的分析依达拉奉联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的效果。方法选取我院2020年10月至2021年10月收治的102例ACI患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(51例,阿替普酶静脉溶栓)和研究组(51例,依达拉奉联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的平均血流速度(Vmean)、平均血流量(Qmean)、miRNA-24相对表达量高于对照组,脑血管阻力(R)、脉搏波波速(WV)、miRNA-233相对表达量低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分表(NIHSS)评分低于治疗前,日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的NIHSS评分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗ACI患者的效果显著,可调节脑循环动力学,改善神经营养状态及患者预后,具有更高的应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of edaravone combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 102 ACI patients admitted in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(51 cases,alteplase intravenous thrombolysis)and study group(51 cases,edaravone combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis)by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the mean blood flow velocity(Vmean),mean blood flow(Qmean)and relative expression of miRNA-24 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the cerebral vascular resistance(R),wave velocity(WV)and relative expression of miRNA-233 were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the Activities of Daily Living(ADL)score was higher than that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the ADL score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The edaravone combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of ACI patients has a significant effect,which can regulate cerebral circulation dynamics,improve neurotrophic status and prognosis of patients,and has higher application value.
