摘　　要：目的分析口腔正畸结合牙周组织再生术治疗牙周炎的效果及对牙周健康状况的影响。方法选取2020年1月至12月收治的80例牙周炎患者为研究对象,以治疗方案差异将其分为常规组(40例,牙周组织再生术治疗)和观察组(40例,口腔正畸结合牙周组织再生术治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的牙周探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失(AL)、牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)及菌斑指数(PLI)均低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的前列腺素E2(PGE2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平均低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的蝶鞍中心点-鼻根点-下齿槽座点角(SNB)、蝶鞍中心点-鼻根点-上齿槽座点角(SNA)小于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组的牙周炎症状消失时间短于常规组,切口开裂、牙龈敏感及牙龈组织肿痛发生率均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸结合牙周组织再生术治疗牙周炎的效果显著。Objective To analyze the effect of orthodontics combined with periodontal tissue regeneration in the treatment of periodontitis and its influence on periodontal health status.Methods A total of 80 patients with periodontitis admitted from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of treatment plan,the patients were divided into conventional group(40 cases,periodontal tissue regeneration)and observation group(40 cases,orthodontics combined with periodontal tissue regeneration).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the periodontal depth(PD),attachment loss(AL),gingival index(GI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI)and plaque index(PLI)in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of prostaglandin E2(PGE2),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the angle of sella-nasion-supramental(SNB)and angle of sella-nasion-subsipmale(SNA)in the observation group were smaller than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of periodontitis symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the incidences of incision cracking,gingival sensitivity and gingival tissue swelling and pain were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontics combined with periodontal tissue regeneration in the treatment of periodontitis has significant effect.
