中医论治卒中相关性肺炎研究进展

摘　　要：卒中相关性肺炎是脑卒中的常见并发症,也是脑卒中高致残率和高致死率的主要因素。现代医学预防性使用抗生素治疗卒中相关性肺炎并未取得理想的临床疗效,而中医药论治卒中相关性肺炎时,可根据个体病情差异而辨证论治,临床疗效确切。中医治疗卒中相关性肺炎主要包括药物治疗、针灸治疗、针药联合治疗以及其他特色疗法。通过分析和归纳总结相关文献,对卒中相关性肺炎的病因病机、辨证分型、中医论治等方面进行阐述,为临床治疗卒中相关性肺炎提供有效思路。Stroke-related pneumonia is a common complication after stroke,and it is also the main factor leading to high disability rate and high mortality rate in stroke patients.The preventive use of antibiotics in modern medicine has not achieved the ideal clinical effect of treating stroke-related pneumonia.When traditional Chinese medicine discusses the treatment of stroke-related pneumonia,it can be dialectically treated according to the differences in individual conditions,and the clinical effect is accurate.The treatment methods of stroke-related pneumonia in traditional Chinese medicine mainly include drug treatment,acupuncture treatment,combined acupuncture treatment and other characteristic therapies.Through the analysis and summary of relevant literature,this article summarises and elaborates the theoretical and clinical research results of traditional Chinese medicine aetiology,syndrome differentiation,and treatment of stroke-related pneumonia,so as to provide effective ideas for the clinical treatment of stroke-related pneumonia.
