摘　　要：基于武汉城市圈相关企业的问卷调查,采用动态能力理论探讨创业导向与企业创新能力的关系,验证知识动态能力和组织网络能力的中介作用。实证研究发现:创业导向和知识动态能力、组织网络能力均呈正向关系;知识动态能力和组织网络能力正向影响企业创新能力;知识动态能力和组织网络能力在创业导向和企业创新能力之间起中介作用。从企业家精神、企业战略管理角度提出建议,帮助企业识别创业过程中的资源和能力,为企业加强创业导向积极效应。Based on the dynamic capability theory,this paper adopted the questionnaire survey method of relevant enterprises in Wuhan City Circle to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and enterprise innovation capability,and to verify the mediating role of knowledge dynamic capability and organizational network capability.The empirical study found that:entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge dynamic capabilities organizational network capabilities are positively related;knowledge dynamic capability and organizational network capability positively affect enterprise innovation capability;knowledge dynamic ability and organizational network ability play an intermediary role between entrepreneurial orientation and enterprise innovation ability.This paper provides suggestions from the perspectives of entrepreneurship and enterprise strategic management to help enterprises identify resources and capabilities in the process of entrepreneurship,and to strengthen the positive effect of entrepreneurial orientation for enterprises.
