妈祖文化对高校行政管理文化建设的影响探究

摘　　要：行政管理文化建设是属于高校管理工作之中的一项重要内容,它将从很大程度上影响到学校运行效率及发展潜力。因此通过多种途径不断强化高校行政管理文化建设质量与有效性,当成为如今高校所正视的问题。考虑到本地妈祖文化的传统价值,现以提高妈祖文化对高校行政管理文化建设的积极影响为目标,从行政管理工作实践出发,重点说明行政管理中的妈祖文化融入要点,要点中涉及学校妈祖文化本身的研究、妈祖文化进课堂,以及妈祖文化精神的实践引领几方面。通过研究,进一步证明妈祖文化可有效促进高校行政管理文化建设取得更好效果。The construction of administrative management culture is a critical aspect of higher education management,significantly influencing the operational efficiency and development potential of institutions.Strengthening the quality and effectiveness of administrative management culture through various means is a challenge that modern universities must address.Given the traditional value of local Mazu culture,this study aims to enhance the positive influence of Mazu culture on the construction of administrative management culture in higher education.Based on administrative management practices,the paper highlights key points for integrating Mazu culture into administrative work.These include research on Mazu culture within the institution,incorporating Mazu culture into the classroom,and applying the spirit of Mazu culture as a guiding practice.The study further demonstrates that Mazu culture can effectively contribute to the improvement of administrative management culture in higher education institutions.
