摘　　要：目的探讨基于交互分析的同伴支持模式干预在肝癌靶向联合免疫治疗患者中的应用效果。方法根据干预方式的不同将63例肝癌靶向联合免疫治疗患者分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=33),对照组患者接受常规干预,观察组患者在对照组的基础上接受基于交互分析的同伴支持模式干预。比较两组患者的负性情绪[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]、治疗依从性、满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果干预后,两组患者HAMA、HAMD评分均低于本组干预前,观察组患者HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总依从率、总满意度均高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论基于交互分析的同伴支持模式干预应用于肝癌靶向联合免疫治疗患者中,能够改善患者的负性情绪,提高治疗依从性和满意度,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of peer support model intervention based on interaction analysis in patients with liver cancer undergoing targeted combined with immunotherapy.Method According to the different intervention methods,63 patients with liver cancer who underwent targeted combined with immunotherapy were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=33).Patients in the control group received routine intervention,and patients in the observation group received peer support model intervention based on interaction analysis on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)],treatment compliance,satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention,HAMA and HAMD scores in two groups were lower than those before intervention,HAMA and HAMD scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total treatment compliance rate and total satisfaction rate in observation group were higher than those in control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of peer support model intervention based on interactive analysis in targeted combined with immunotherapy for liver cancer can improve patients’negative emotions,improve treatment compliance and satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
